How Krave Circle collects, uses, and protects your information — including the health-related answers you share with us.
Draft for review. This document was prepared as a starting point for Krave Circle and is not legal advice. Please have a qualified privacy attorney review and finalize it before publishing — particularly the Consumer Health Data and Business Transfers sections.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Krave Circle collects, why, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the surveys and forms on it. We collect health-related information only with your consent, we never sell it, and we use it for one purpose: to build a community around what our members actually need.
Our community and surveys are intended for women 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.
When you complete our member survey, RSVP for an event, or use our join form, we may collect your name, email, city and state, life stage, availability, the wellness challenges and topics you select, what has helped you, communities you value, your budget range, and your interest in membership, leadership, partnership, or events. Some of this is health-related, described next.
Some questions ask about health-related topics — for example hormones, maternal and reproductive health, pelvic and sexual health, mental and emotional health, chronic conditions, and other wellness challenges. Under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act, this is “consumer health data.” We collect it only with your consent, and we use it solely to understand what our members need and to shape the experts, programs, resources, and events we offer. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not track your location for health purposes.
You can withdraw consent, ask what health data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@kikusolutions.com. We aim to respond within 45 days.
We use your information to design and improve Krave Circle — which experts to bring in, where to gather, what programs to build, how to price membership — and, if you opt in, to send our newsletter. Every question on our survey maps to a decision we make on your behalf.
We collect and process your information, including health-related information, only after you consent — for example, by checking the consent box before submitting our survey and confirming you are 18 or older. You can withdraw consent at any time; doing so does not affect information already processed.
We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms, and email, and they process information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law. We will not share your individual health data with experts, partners, or others without your separate consent.
Business transfers. If Krave is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, member information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such data will be shared only in de-identified form, without personal identifiers.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy of your data, and to learn who we have shared it with. To exercise any of these, email contact@kikusolutions.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can access it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share.
